We sometimes have arrangements with letting agents which will cover the cost of sourcing a suitable property which can be let out to students and the finance arrangements if necessary.

Alternatively if you want something specific in a particular area, we will charge 1% of the value of the property, subject to minimum fee of £1,000 (half is payable upfront, half is payable on completion).

Finally, we have the option of a general consultation on property investment, starting from £100.
